Under The Needle

Today, under the needle, a medium learning curve took place. I had a special order from a client. They were in love with The Prince Has Arrived (SWAK embroidery) design I have on my web page but asked if I could personalize and customize it for them. They are avid deer hunters and requested deer antlers to be placed in the middle of the design with their newborn son's name above the antlers.

I have Embrilliance Essentials embroidery software and knew I could combine designs to make new designs. Fact 1: I have not played with this feature in the program.

Fact 2: You tube is full of tutorials for everything!

So I sat down and after an hour was able to make a new design by combining deer antlers into the design. Yeah me!!!! As the picture above shows, I was able to insert the antlers into the circle. What a fun day in my happy place. After manipulation of the deer antlers, I was able to insert their sons name. Here is the finished product. I am very happy with how this special order turned out!!
